Trader Vic’s Hospitality Group is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your home decor and barware purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our hospitality support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile glassware and ceramics are not damaged during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
